Jake Vandenbrink

Working primarily in acrylics, Jake captures the landscape with striking compositions emphasizing light, balance and color. Among the artist's preferred subjects are the serene lakes, forests, mountains and countryside of both his native Canada and abroad.

Jake’s work includes collectors throughout the world from places as far away as Japan, Dubai, and Europe, in addition to a growing following in Western Canada and USA. He has over the past 20 years exhibited his work in fine art galleries, which include his native province of Ontario, as well as Alberta, and British Columbia. In 1998 a prominent gallery in Tokyo, Japan hosted an exhibition of Jake's original paintings.
